User installable. Panasonic recommends the TOUGHBOOK have balanced or matching amount of RAM in both RAM slots. Typpically this module would be to upgrade a unit to 64GB RAM total (32GB x 32GB configuration).

Any unit for which the "Protection Plus" warranty has been purchased will receive additional coverage for any failure that occurs due to accidental damage. Where required, extended warranties are included (Limitations apply).

User-replaceable - can easily be removed using quick-release lever or can be securely locked down using optional locking screw (FZ-VSW551U includes set of 14 screws)
