If your TOUGHBOOK laptop or tablet is covered with the factory warranty please follow the simple steps below:
- Contact Panasonic TOUGHBOOK Technical Support by calling 1-800-LAPTOP5. Typical hold time is less than one minute, and technicians based in the United States who are managed and trained by Panasonic provide support. This team is dedicated to the Panasonic TOUGHBOOK product line.
- A technician will enter the caller and product data into the database system, determine the warranty status, and try to assist in resolving the issue during the call.
- If issue is not resolved over the phone, an RMA (Return Authorization Number) with shipping instruction will be sent to you. If your require a box for shipment one will be sent with return shipping included.
If your TOUGHBOOK laptop or tablet is NOT covered with factory warranty please follow the simple steps below:
- Please complete the form below and select "Submit" to initiate a services or repair request. Once received we will provide a RMA (Return Authorization Number) with shipping instruction. If you require a box for shippment, one will be sent with return shipping included. Keep in mind, there is an additional charge for this service.
- We'll contact you to discuss your services or repair options. We provide written estimates prior to any work performed.
Our flat rate service fee is $140.00 per unit (plus parts and shipping) This fee applied regardless of any repair being performed and requires credit card payment.
We require the complete model and serial number of your Panasonic Toughbook. This is located on the bottom of the Toughbook case or power on your Toughbook and Select the F2 key to enter into the setup program and the information will be displayed.
